    • NSRIT from the inception has established a separate Department of Training & Placements and Career Development Cell, headed by a full time Training & Placement Officer (TPO) assisted by 7 faculty members as ‘placement Coordinators’ to maximize the opportunities for all our students in IT Sector as well as in core sectors.
    •  All the students are given Campus Recruitment Training on Quantitative Techniques, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, English Grammar, Group Discussions, Mock interviews, Tips and Tricks on facing the Interviews etc from the first year onwards. A full time in-house CRT trainers are available to train on the above mentioned subjects.
    • We conduct continuous AI Proctored Assessments to make and analyse the students in the aspects Aptitude, Reasoning, Verbal, Competitive Coding Skills, Communication skills, soft skills etc, and take then the feedback with the help of Artificial Intelligence. This assessment is based on feedbacks of recruiters at the end of their recruitment process, collect performance of our alumni working with them; and implement them in the next training sessions for better performance.
    • We have sufficient Infrastructure support like AC Auditorium (300 occupancy), Examination Halls (700-occupancy at-one-go), AC interview cubicles etc for on / pooled campus selections.
    • We will also conduct various seminars / workshops on Alternative career services (ACS) like Higher Education, Abroad Education, Government sector jobs, Entrepreneurship development support like establishment of Start-Up’s etc to promote the student based on his skills / interest.
    • With the co-ordination of all these stake holders, we could increase our placement percentage year on year and serve for the best placements to the student community.
    •  We are proud to say that NSRIT ranked in the Top-Twenty Most Preferred Colleges out of 700+ private engineering colleges in the state of AP (as per APSCHE, the body which conducts engineering admissions in the state).
